My fees are transparent and, by design, far lower than those of traditional recruitment agencies. Not only has this provided accessibility to smaller households that previously found external recruitment support out of their reach but offered larger households the opportunity to truly outsource their recruitment without the worry of spiralling costs.

There are no up front fees, you pay only when you hire and will be not be invoiced until your new hire has started.

The introduction fee amounts to 10% of the candidates annual remuneration, excluding any bonuses or vehicle allowances.
